Purposes of data handling
FundUCA, register number CIF: G-11442167, informs users that it holds and is responsible for the files containing personal information. Users’ data will be incorporated in these files and dealt with the only purpose of providing the services requested by the user and sending promotional info about our Foundation you might find of interest.
Legal basis for using your personal information
Under data protection legislation, the legal basis that enables us to process your personal information is the data subject’s consent.
How long we will hold your personal information
We are only able to retain a copy of your personal information as long as the data subject does not withdraw consent or request its erasure.
Once the data subject requests the erasure of their data, we will proceed to block it and later erase it from our files and/or any other form in which the information was collected or else return it to the data subject. Under no circumstances shall we hold any copies of such data
Who we give your personal information to
Your data will be used only for the purposes described and will not be passed on to third parties except where necessary or required by Government departments or other public sector bodies. We may share personal information only for specific reasons, including compliance with any obligations involved in the services provided and/or laws and regulations, and only granted the data subject has given consent.
Duty of confidence
FundUCA guarantees the confidentiality of the personal information stored in its files and shall adopt all the regulatory measures to avoid, where possible, alteration, loss and non-authorised management or access.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights to access, rectify inaccurate information or request erasure of your personal information when they are no longer needed.
In some cases, data subjects may request limitations to the management of their personal information. In such cases, we shall keep them only for the purpose of lodging complaints.
